PRIVACY STATEMENT
What type of information do I collect?
I receive, collect and store certain information you enter on my website or provide me in other ways, including by email, telephone or letter. These are the circumstances under which I do so:
(i) if you visit my website note that I use software, including Google Analytics (see below), to measure and collect session information such as page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. This data is not personally identifiable to you. It is stored indefinitely.
(ii) if you subscribe to my newsletter, I will collect and store your name and email address until such time as you unsubscribe (see below for instructions on how to do this)
(iii) if you buy my products online (i.e. through my website or via third-party seller sites such as etsy.com), I receive, collect and store personally identifiable information that may include your name, delivery address, e-mail address, telephone number (if you provided it), purchase history and copies of any communications between us regarding the transaction. In addition, the payment platforms that I use (see below) collect and store your payment details, such as credit card information, although these are not forwarded to me.
(iv) if you buy my products from third-party sellers in the off-line world, for instance at a gallery or at an exhibition, I do not receive any information about you. You will need to ask the seller concerned about their own privacy policy.
(v) if you buy products directly from me in the off-line world (for example at my studio) and you use a credit card, I will receive, collect and store your name and email address, purchase history and copies of any subsequent communications between us. In addition, the payment platform that I use (PayPal Here, see below) will collect and store payment details, including credit card information and your home address. These are not forwarded to me. If you use another payment method, such as cash, I will not receive, collect or store any information about you.
(vi) if you contact me via email or the contact form on my website, in addition to me both Gmail and my website platform provider (Wix.com) will store a copy of the message plus your email address.
Why do I collect such personal information?
I collect the above information for the following purposes:

to enable me to provide a service to customers and users of my site;

to enable me to contact subscribers with general or personalized, service-related, notices and promotional messages;

to create aggregated statistical data and other aggregated and/or inferred non-personal Information, which I may use to develop and improve my services;

to comply with any applicable laws and regulations.
How do I store, use, share and disclose your site visitors' personal information?
I do not share any of the personal or non-personal information that I collect with any other third-parties other than delivery companies and even then only to the extent necessary for them to perform their services.
My website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
All payments made via my website are handled by Wix.com. Direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by my store and its service providers.
I also use the third-party seller site etsy.com. You can find out how they manage your data here.
For off-line credit card payments, I use “PayPal Here”. You can find out how they manage your data here.
As mentioned above, I do not receive your credit card details from any of these platforms. Any personally identifiable information that I do receive for delivery purposes (your name, physical address and email address) is stored in password-protected files on my personal computer (also password protected) and on Dropbox.com (also password protected). These are in turn hidden behind a firewall. I do not print files that contain personally identifiable data. I generally store such data for a period of five years from the last time that I had communication with you.
My email provider is Gmail. That means copies of any emails you send me, including your email address, will be stored by Google. You can read their privacy statement here.
I also store copies of emails in password-protected software provided by Google on both my PC and mobile device, access to which is password and firewall protected.
How do I communicate with my site and other visitors?
I may contact you regarding purchases that you have made, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce applicable national laws and any agreement I may have with you. For these purposes I may contact you via email, telephone, text messages or postal mail.
If you buy directly from me, contact me via my website, subscribe to my newsletter or otherwise consent for me to do so I may occasionally contact you by email with general information or promotional communications; however you may decline the invitation and cancel the subscription at any time by replying to the email and I will not contact you again.
If you subscribe to my newsletter, I will contact you with updates about my latest activities, including news about exhibitions, new works or to share blog posts. You may unsubscribe from my newsletter at any time (see below for how to do this) and the relevant contact information will be deleted permanently from my subscriber list.
How do I use cookies and other tracking tools?
To improve your experiences on my site and in common with most other websites, I may use cookies. A cookie is a small text file that my site may place on your computer as a tool to remember your preferences for the next time you visit. You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser; however, please note that if you do this you may not be able to enjoy the full functionality of my website.
My website is hosted on the Wix.com platform and as such it uses cookies deployed by them. Details can be obtained here.
I also subscribe to Google Analytics, a service that transmits website traffic data to Google servers. Google Analytics does not identify individual users or associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. I use reports provided by Google Analytics to help me understand traffic to my website and how the pages are used.

I reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If I make material changes to this policy, I will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information I collect, how I use it, and under what circumstances, if any, I use and/or disclose it.
