PASTEL WORKSHOPS

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Cancellation policy

1.1. If you cancel 28 days or more before the date of the workshop you will be entitled to transfer to another workshop on a different date (paying or being refunded any difference in price) or receive a full refund. If you cancel less than 28 days before the workshop date you will not be entitled to a transfer or a refund unless I can fill your space.

1.2. You may nominate any other person to attend in your place as long as you notify me at least 24 hours before the course commences and provide the same personal details for them as you provided for yourself on the original booking form (name, email address, any special dietary requirements or any mobility restrictions).

1.3. All of my workshops have a minimum attendance level and may be cancelled if too few bookings are received. You will receive at least 7 days’ notice if this happens and will be entitled to transfer to the same course on a different date or receive a full refund. I am not liable for any irrecovarable incidental costs you may have incurred, such as travel or hotel bookings if the workshop is cancelled. However, you should contact me if you have incurred such costs to discuss the situation.

1.4. I reserve the right to cancel, postpone or change the start time of workshops at any time, providing as much notice to you as possible. The same transfer and refund rules apply as in 1.3 above.

3. Your Conduct

3.1. Abusive or inappropriate behaviour or language, threatening or disruptive behaviour towards me, fellow participants or others present on the premises will result in you being removed from the workshop. Your payment will not be reimbursed in this happens.
